SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Info:

We provide free shipping via FedEx Ground Service and Certain Truck Freight Liners within the Continental United States.

We select the most appropriate shipping method for the product you order.  Be careful of companies that ONLY ship via common carrier as damage can be extensive.

We ship via FedEx Ground Service to Alaska & Canada, shipping fees are additional.

Some cage models ship via Freight.

All other destinations are sourced on a case by case basis.

We ship Monday - Friday from our warehouses in Florida, Virginia, California & Texas.   Your ESTIMATED ship date will be listed on your invoice.

Tracking numbers maybe sent out up to a week in advance - you will not be able to track your package until 24 - 48 hours after the item has been picked up from our warehouse.  

To check the current status of your order, click on the View Order Status Link at this top of this page - enter your order ID number and your e-mail address.

You will normally receive your items within 7-10 days after order.

SALES TAX is only collected for products shipped to a Florida address.
