RETURN
POLICY
Damaged or Defective Items:
If there is any visible sign of
damage to the product or packaging, please immediately report this
damage to the shipper, preferably at time of delivery, and to
Quality Discount Cages. Please take photographs of the damage as
they will help us file a claim with the shipper. We reserve the
right to send replacement parts to repair a defective or damaged
item. Damaged and/or defective product claims must be filed with
Quality Discount Cages within 2 business days of delivery.
If returning a damaged or defective
item is deemed appropriate, we will issue you a call tag for the
product return; schedule a freight carrier pick up of the item; and
send a replacement item to you, all at our expense. Please follow
this process because if you spend any out of pocket money on return
shipping of a damaged or defective item, you will not be reimbursed.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges are accepted if
within 15 days of delivery date. For health reasons, all items must
be in new condition (never placed into service).
Due to health concerns, we cannot
accept a return on any item that has been used! An item that
is returned that has evidence of use will not receive a refund.
Quality Discount Cages does not
reimburse for return shipping. We highly recommend that you
send the item via an express service and purchase insurance to cover
the original purchase price of the item.
Please
contact Quality Discount Cages at
info@qualitydiscountcages.com to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. We require an RMA so that you are
protected, and that we can provide you with the correct information
necessary to facilitate your return.
Do not return products to the shipper,
manufacturer, or Quality Discount Cages without pre-authorization,
as products returned without an RMA may receive only a partial
refund or no refund at all. The RMA number will be provided to
you via e-mail and must be clearly printed on the outside of the
box. All items must be returned as new, in an unused
condition, with all parts intact, and in the original packaging.
Provide your name, address, phone number, e-mail
address and the reason for the return. We highly recommend
that you provide us with tracking information on your return
shipment.
Your return has 30 days from the date of RMA
approval to arrive at the designated shipping warehouse location. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Items arriving after the 30 day period will not be
accepted and no refund will be processed.
Non-defective bird cages and metal play
stands returned are subject to a $75.00 restocking fee, plus the
amount we paid to ship the item to you.
PVC play stands (PS100 & PS200) are subject to a $25.00 restocking
fee, plus the amount we paid to ship the item to you.
All Toys are non-returnable.
All other items are subject to a 15% restocking
fee plus the amount paid to ship the item to you.
Orders must be cancelled before the
product has shipped and within 24 hours of order placement, or they
will be deemed a product return and fall under the rules of the
above Return Policy. If an order is refused delivery by the
purchaser, it will be assessed a $20 refusal fee in addition to the
return shipping charges.
