RETURN
POLICY
Returns & Exchanges are accepted 14 days from the
original date of purchase for items in new condition (never placed
into service) Both new and defective items returned for credit
are subject to a restocking fee per the scheduled below.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cages at
info@qualitydiscountcages.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization
number. We require an RMA so that you are protected, and that
we can provide you with the correct information necessary to
facilitate your return.
Products
returned without an RMA may receive a partial refund or no refund
at all. The Return Authorization Number will be provided to
you via e-mail - THIS NUMBER must be clearly Printed on the outside
of the box. All items must be returned in new, unused
condition, with all parts intact, and in the original packaging.
Provide your name, address, phone
number, e-mail address and the reason for the return.
Cages & Metal Play stands returned
are subject to a $75.00 restocking fee, plus the amount we paid to
ship the item to you.
Play stands are subject to a $25.00
restocking fee. (PS100 & PS200), plus the amount we paid to ship
the item to you.
Toys are non-returnable.
All other items are subject to a 15%
restocking fee plus the amount paid to ship the item to you.
Due to health concerns, we
cannot accept a return on any item that has been used!
An item that is returned and has evidence of use will not receive a
refund.
Quality Discount Cages does not
reimburse for return shipping, We highly recommend that you send
the item via an express service and purchase insurance to cover the
original purchase price of the item.
