Small Bird Harness and Lead

Give your bird the chance to experience the outdoors with the Bird Harness. It’s a safe way for your bird to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature without getting into harm’s way.

Small Size - Ideal For:

• Cockatiels
• Conures
• Lovebirds
• Other similarly sized birds

Instructions:

• Undo body strap silver snap
• Leave connected thru top loop
• Body strap should hang free
• Slip neck part of harness over birds’ head, with 2 metal adjusting slides at bottom of birds’ chest.
• Adjust sides so that harness fits snuggly but not too tight.
• The hanging part of the body strap should be on back of bird behind wings.
• Snap side on right side of bird and ring part on left side of bird. In such a way that the strap is around the body of the bird.
• Slip snap thru chest loop and connect to ring.
• Adjust to fit snuggly but not too tight. Allow for enough room to place 2 fingers between strap and birds body.
• HARNESS IS NOT INTENDED FOR FULL FLIGHTED BIRDS. Clipped wings are advised.
• Do not leave your bird unattended while harnessed
• When bird is perching, attach leash to chest ring, and when walking attach to top of back ring.
