Our Stainless Steel Cages are Grade 304 stainless steel - it does not matter were it is manufactured because grade 304 is grade 304.  There are international standards for the percentage and mix of certain elements which define the stainless steel grade.  The finish of the cage has nothing to do with the grade of stainless steel used.  The appearance depends on the polishing process that the raw metal is put through at the mill.  It can be bright annealed, mirror finish or dull finish of varying degrees.
